Rates for 2011 and 2012

In most cases you will simply pay the deposit at this stage. However, if there are less than two months to go before your departure then the full amount is required. The balance is also required at least two months before departure.
For bookings which span two cost bands e.g. June into July, the rate charged will be in proportion to the number of nights booked in each band. In these cases, please contact the owners to make your booking rather than attempting to pay online.
The rates shown are for up to six people. For bookings that require up to an additional two people, an additional 20% should be added to the rates shown above.
For 'Other Periods' e.g. for long-lets, part weeks or discounts please contact the owners directly. N.B. You will not be able to use the Paypal payment table below in these circumstances as it is set up for specified amounts and time-frames. You will need to agree an alternative method of payment with the owners.
If you intend to pay in a currency other than Sterling, please note that you will not be able to use the Sterling denominated Paypal payment table below. Please contact the owners directly to agree an alternative payment method. NB.For simplicity, if you wish to pay in Euros, you can make your payment by bank transfer directly into the owners' account in Portugal once a completed booking form and terms and conditions have been received and evidence of ID provided.
