Below is a list of the facilities we are pleased to offer inside the apartment

Bedrooms

• Three bedrooms with air-conditioning. 
• One King Size Double with ensuite bathroom. *
• Two Twin bedrooms.  One of the twin rooms has a dressing table and large mirror.*
• Large wardrobes with drawers in each bedroom.
• Bedside table and reading lamps in each room.
• Modern beds with high quality mattresses.

*Please note that we do not supply a hair dryer due to the increased electrical fire hazard that these represent. Please remember to pack your own.

Bathrooms

• Main bathroom with bath, shower, basin, WC and bidet. Large vanity mirror and shaver point.
• Ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and basin. Large vanity mirror with shaver point.

Sitting Room

• Air-conditioning
• Two large sofas, TV with DVD and Freeview, coffee table.
• Access to the balcony with views of the Atlantic.
• Games - PS2 with two controllers (bring your own games), Monopoly, Cards, Scrabble.
• Selection of books and magazines,  plus a phrase book and dictionary for those who want to try their hand at some Portuguese.
• Maps, and "things to see & do" books.

Dining Area

• Air-conditioning
• Modern dining table with high backed seating and place mats and coasters for six. The table is extendable for those wishing or needing to spread out more.
• Views of the Swimming Pools and Gardens.

Kitchen

• Modern well equipped fully tiled kitchen, with attractive marble worktops.
• Large Fridge and Freezer.
• Washing Machine & Dishwasher.
• Gas Hob and Electric Cooker with pull out extractor.
• All the table crockery, serving and cooking dishes/pans, utensils and cutlery you would hope to find in a modern kitchen.
• Small table, useful for preparation or for feeding small children.

Hallway

• Huge cupboard space for storage of suitcases, coats etc.
• Ironing Board and Iron inside cupboard.
• Dustpan and Brushes inside cupboard.

Balcony

• Large South facing balcony, accessible through sitting room patio doors.
• Large Patio Table and seating for six, plus a sun-lounger.
• Views of the Atlantic, pools and gardens.
• Overlooks the young children's safety play area. This has swings, Wendy house and climbing frames, all mounted on rubber matting.

Combination Safe

• Secure combination safe for you to keep your valuables, passports etc.

Shutters

• All the windows and patio doors have key operated window locks. They also have shutters operated by ribbon pulley inside . These are ideal not only for security, but also for keeping the apartment cool in the summer, and warm in the winter.
